Golden Hour is when Aperitivo begins.
Overview
Bijou takes one of the most overlooked objects in social culture and asks a simple question: what if it was actually worth wanting? A shelf-stable, gift-ready cocktail jelly built for an audience that treats aesthetics as a baseline, not a bonus.

Challenge
Jello shots are culturally stuck, associated exclusively with casual house parties, inconsistent homemade batches, and plastic cups. That reputation locks them out of retail, gifting, and elevated social occasions entirely. Meanwhile, canned cocktails have claimed the convenience space but lack personality, playfulness, and shareability. There is no product that occupies the middle ground: refined, ready to eat, and genuinely fun.
Insight
The jello shot's problem is not the format. It is the perception. Millennials, the generation that built craft cocktail culture, elevated food aesthetics, and turned gifting into a design experience, are exactly the audience primed to receive it differently. Elevate the packaging, standardize the flavor, and make it gift-ready, and the jello shot stops being a party afterthought and starts being a social object worth seeking out.
Answer
Bijou is a shelf-stable, ready-to-eat cocktail jelly brand that repositions the jello shot as a modern, refined social staple, no prep, no cleanup, no inconsistency. Classic cocktail flavors are translated into shareable, gift-ready formats designed for retail and online, targeting design-forward millennials and aesthetic-driven gift buyers who want their purchases to look as good as they taste.
